In our house, and I assume probably yours too, snacks are imperative. There’s nothing worse than a little pang of hunger causing energy levels to be low and bad moods to surely follow. No thank you! With summer on the horizon (yay!) and the kids being home more, I know that means we’ll be running around doing tons of summertime activities and need to keep our energy up and up! I’m making it a plan to keep our snack game going strong with delicious and also nutritious snacks that keep our bodies going all day long!

Homemade granola bars are a bit of a passion of mine, and this chocolate chip version is one of our favorites. This snack in particular is great for traveling which is always a good time to have snacks ready to go. Especially with kids!

Serve this dip with fruit and your favorite crackers. It’s perfect for putting out on a big snack board and letting everyone dip away!

Red Beet and White Bean Hummus

Dips are always a great snack to serve up. Especially when you have a larger group. I love making different types of hummus and serving it with fresh veggies or even crackers. Plus, packed with protein so again, super filling to keep your energy levels up all day long.

Chocolate Tofu Pudding

I know what you’re thinking… tofu? In pudding? Get outta here! But hear me out… you’d never guess tofu is in this delicious chocolate pudding, and it adds tons of protein so it’s a great filling snack!

Spinach Cake Muffins
