Picky Eater Challenge

It has long been my mission to introduce kids to wholesome foods and help them learn to love a variety of flavors and textures. I get emails from parents daily asking for help with their picky eaters, and I am so excited to share an easy and fun way to tackle the picky eater challenge!

Kids Rule was designed to help you discover what's working for your children and what is not, in your own kitchen, on your own time. I have been a fan of Prescribe Nutrition for years! Katie and Megan have helped so many families find their best selves through their nutrition program. I got together with Prescribe Nutrition to bring you this guidebook on healthy eating, navigating picky eating, and tackling food sensitivities.

This Kids Rule guidebook provides you with meal plans, TONS of recipes, and fun food challenges that you can implement in your home at your own pace. The best part is that you can enjoy all your family favorites from chicken nuggets to pizza to dessert on your journey to health!

I've included some of my favorite Weelicious recipes like Sesame Dressing, Veggie Heavy Pizza Sauce, and No Work Chicken in this handy guidebook, plus you'll find some brand new favorites your family will love.

Hi, I’m Catherine. Mama of three. A Kentucky girl living in California. Here’s what I know: all kids can be great eaters and mealtime must be easy. My passion is creating simple, healthy recipes that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

I learned this trick at WIC. They taught me that providing a large mixed meal for kids is not fun. Children are picky, and us parents want them to eat. But I learned to stop yelling at him and just chop small mixes of fruits, veggies, cheese and other stuff makes eating for them fun. Gives them a choice to pick and choice. We ate the same kinds of food together. I just separated his food and cut them is small pieces. It works. It is a wonderful idea and when they get older, you can have them help cut them in smaller pieces and place them in their divided cup cake bowel.
