A major Cinco de Mayo snack platter is all I want with tons of appetizers and Mexican inspired dishes. There’s no better way to spend May 5th!
Snack platters are such a fun and easy way to set out tons of food for a party, and Cinco de Mayo is a few days away, so let’s make a Cinco de Mayo snack platter to serve this weekend! This platter is filled with Mexican-inspired flavors and some of my family’s favorite snacks. Chips and Guac anyone?! Set out this snack platter for an appetizer as guests arrive to a party. There is something for everyone here.
You can even serve this as dinner for your family – no party necessary! The shrimp ceviche and baked taquitos provide plenty of protein, and you can choose all your favorite veggies.
Want even more Cinco de Mayo inspired recipes? Try Mexican Tortilla Pizza, Chicken Fajitas, Nachos or Crock Pot Mexican Tortilla Lasagna.
I love serving a snack platter for dinner because all the food is in one place, which means fewer dishes to clean later. Score!
