Quick question about the recipe, says cashews soaked. How long do you recommend soaking for this recipe?
The guys in my family (young and old) would not touch a smoothie, no matter what is in it. According to them, only water belongs in a cup (yes, no milk or juice either….). So I end up using the blender mostly for soups.
I cook chicken with lots of carrots, parsnips, onions, celery, zucchini or whatever else I might have and feels right and then blend all veggies with the broth and some spice (e.g. ginger). I serve it with croutons. Yum!
