These Air Fried Artichoke Hearts are super simple to make and produce a beautiful and delicious appetizer or side for a get together with friends or simply dinner with your family. They’re ready in 15 minutes, tops, and come out crispy yet tender and full of flavor. If you’ve never had artichoke hearts, this is a great recipe to try them out for the first time. What’s great about this recipe is using canned artichoke hearts means you can make this recipe anytime you want. We have artichoke hearts on hand to toss in salads or use on top of pizzas, but this air fried version might be our new favorite. When I made these for the kids for the first time they were blown away!
I have no problem serving these up for snack time since they’re a fat-free, low-sodium food, while also being rich in key nutrients, including potassium, fiber, vitamin k, magnesium and folate. They’re also believed to contain antioxidants! Win, win, win!

Air Fried Artichoke Hearts with Creamy Garlic Dip
- Drain artichoke hearts and cut into halves or quarters.
- Place artichoke hearts in a bowl and toss to coat with the olive oil and spices.
- Place the artichoke hearts in an air fryer basket and cook on 400F degrees for 10 minutes or until golden and fork tender.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
- Remove the artichoke hearts from the basket, top with parmesan cheese and enjoy with the dip!
