AUTUMN LUNCH! Crushing on everything pumpkin and all these fall flavors. Here’s what’s in the lunchbox.

•Pumpkin bagel with pumpkin butter + whipped cream cheese 
Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds (trick: allow them to cool first and they break into chunks of brittle)
Maple roast delicata squash (with just a touch of maple syrup it becomes super kid friendly, and you can eat the skin!)
•Persimmon + pear
•Pomegranate seeds (my kids’ are addicted!)
