Meal Plan -- Week 24
Another week, another meal plan! This week's is so good! Keep scrolling for everything me and my family are making this week.
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies for the week are going to be Cotton Candy Smoothies, Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothies, Pregnancy Smoothies, and Bright Green Smoothies. And for the weekend we're making Shakshuka and Gingerbread Pancakes!

SNACKS:
Nutritious and yummy is the theme for snacks this week (and every week). We're making Coconut Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls, Carrot Snack Sticks, Good Morning Protein Cookies and Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas.

LUNCH:
Uncrustables are super simple and can be cut into a lot of fun shapes! You could use your Holiday cookie cutters! We're also making Spinach & Roasted Red Pepper Tofu Croquettes, Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Bites, and Broccoli Cheddar Patties.

DINNER:
Sunday: Starting our week off with this Air Fryer Preserved Lemon Chicken and pairing it with Caramelized Carrots with Chermoula and Brown Rice Cakes.

Monday: Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme with Pressure Cooker Black Beans for our #meatlessmonday! These are so fun to make with the kids.

Tuesday: If you thought making gnocchi at home was impossible, think again! We're making Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto & Zucchini Coins from One Potato, and they make it so easy!

Wednesday: Chicken Fajitas with Spanish Rice and Black Beans from One Potato! I can get this meal on the table in 20 minutes which is my favorite part.

Thursday: First day of Hanukkah! We're making Smoked Brisket and Potato Latkes with Mixed Winter Vegetables from One Potato! This is one of out favorite One Potato meals of the entire year.

Friday: Burger night! We're making these tasty Guacamole Cheddar Burgers (beyond meat for the vegetarians!) with Sweet Potato Fries.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
