Meal Plan -- Week 8

I've really enjoyed making these family meal plans for you all (and for myself!) every week. Keep scrolling to see Week 8. What are you most excited to make?

BREAKFAST:  

As always, lots of smoothies for breakfast. This week we're making Chai Beauty Greens SmoothieCotton Candy SmoothieMango Spiced SmoothieChocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie. And even though I don't have any "babies" anymore (!!) we're going to have these Baby Frittatas this week!

SNACKS: 

I'm going to bake some Gluten Free Banana Bread this week for us to snack on. It's one of our absolute favorites! We're also making Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites, we'll have some peaches and nectarines to cut up, and then Crunchy Granola Bites with fresh berries. 

LUNCH: 

We're keeping it simple for lunch and making Banana Dog BitesSandwich Kabobs, and Happy Eggs. And then of course don't forget The World’s Greatest PB+J. I'm not exaggerating when I call it "World's Greatest". 

DINNER: 

SundayTomato, Olive and Caper Compote on Grilled Chicken with some steamed broccoli and Summer Garden Salad on the side. Then it's Mango Pops for dessert!

Monday: The entire family LOVES Pupusas so we're making those with GuacamoleHeirloom Pico de Gallo and Air Fried Vegetables

Tuesday: It's One Potato to the rescue! We're making Ginger Beef Satay with Coconut Rice & Green Papaya Salad from One Potato Box

Wednesday: Another One Potato classic! Turkey Burgers with Baked Crispy Fries and all the sides/toppings.

Thursday: The family has been begging for Chicken Paillard with Summer Salad again so we'll have that with these tender on the inside, crispy on the outside Yukon Gold Potato Fans.

Friday: Persian Chicken Kebabs with Quinoa and Avocado, Tomato and Cucumber Salad from One Potato! Lucky for you, these recipes are all on Weelicious so you can make these recipes too!

Saturday: Supporting a local restaurant!
