Meal Plan -- Week 19

I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween with lots of spooky treats! This week's meal plan has some of my favorites! Let me know what you think!

This week for smoothies we're making Vanilla Cinnamon Date ShakesCotton Candy Smoothies (which have a healthy secret ingredient), classic Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies and Golden Milk to keep our immune systems boosted! Plus we're making more Breakfast Rice Cakes because everyone loved them so much!

Since we had lots of candy last week for Halloween, I wanted to keep the snacks as healthy as possible so we're making Cucumber StackersNature CookiesRoasted Carrot Hummus and Frozen Bananas on a Stick

We're keeping it simple this week for lunch and making Super Healthy Granola paired with Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit. Then we're having the forever fun to make and eat Animal Face Toast. Plus Grilled Pizza Roll Ups and Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheeses.

Sunday: We're started the week off with Simple Broiled Salmon, which is the best way to make salmon. You've got to try it out. We're pairing it with Air Fryer Maple Sage Squash and Perfect Brown Rice

Monday: We're having Polenta Lasagna with Mediterranean Salad from One Potato! Lucky for you, it's a Weelicious recipe so you can make it at home too!

Tuesday: These Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers are beyond delicious and a great alternative to beef burgers if you're trying to cut out red meat. We're pairing them with Air Fryer French Fries. And I'm going to make an Apple Almond Cake too!

Wednesday: Shrimp Pad Thai with Asian Vegetables from One Potato is our mid-week meal. They make it so easy to have fun recipes that you maybe wouldn't normally try to make on your own!

Thursday: Build Your Own Pupusas with Black Beans, Pico de Gallo and Curtido Slaw from One Potato. Again, this is a Weelicious recipe so you can make it too!

Friday: We make some sort of pizza dish almost every Friday so this week we're making a Quilt Pizza with a big farmers market salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette dressing.

Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant!

Hope everyone has a happy week! Let me know what recipes you're making.
