This week for smoothies we’re making Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes, Cotton Candy Smoothies (which have a healthy secret ingredient), classic Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies and Golden Milk to keep our immune systems boosted! Plus we’re making more Breakfast Rice Cakes because everyone loved them so much!
We’re keeping it simple this week for lunch and making Super Healthy Granola paired with Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit. Then we’re having the forever fun to make and eat Animal Face Toast. Plus Grilled Pizza Roll Ups and Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheeses.
Sunday: We’re started the week off with Air Fryer Salmon, which is my new favorite way to make salmon. You can also broil the salmon it if you don’t have an air fryer! We’re pairing it with Air Fryer Maple Sage Squash and Perfect Brown Rice.
Monday: Ricotta Spinach Ravioli with Sundried Tomato Pesto Broth from One Potato! Making homemade ravioli couldn’t be easier with the help of One Potato.
Tuesday: These Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers are beyond delicious and a great alternative to beef burgers if you’re trying to cut down on red meat. We’re pairing them with Air Fryer French Fries and veggies.
Wednesday: A tried and true family go-to recipe. Tacos with Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Slaw from One Potato. Who doesn’t love taco night?
Thursday: Chicken Tagine with Black Currant Couscous and Tomato Harissa Jam from One Potato. This recipe is super fragrant and fills up the entire kitchen!
Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant!
