Meal Plan -- Week 27

I hope you all had the best holiday season! Now for that in between time between Christmas and New Years that no one knows what day it is :) Here's this week's meal plan! 

BREAKFAST:

Smoothies always. This week we're making PMS SmoothiesBlueberry Chia SmoothiesCarrot Orange Ginger Smoothies and Everything But Banana Smoothies. Then Breakfast Rice Cakes for weekend brunch. 

SNACKS:

Wanted to have filling, healthy snacks this week. We're planning on Good Morning Protein CookiesCrunchy Granola BitesBanana Cottage Cheese Honey Spread on toast, and Spinach Cake Muffins.

LUNCH:

Making some family favorites for lunch this week like Acai BowlsAvocado ToastRefrigerator Oatmeal, and Baby Frittatas.

DINNER:

Sunday: Mexican inspired breakfast for dinner! Breakfast Quesadilla with Pressure Cooker Black Beans and homemade Guacamole.

Monday: Vegetarian Enchilada Casserole with a Winter Farmers Market Salad.

Tuesday: Simple Broiled Salmon with Brown Rice Cakes and Roast Acorn Squash.

Wednesday: Spiced Chicken with Olives and Lemon with Crispy Smashed Potatoes and Grilled Lemon Asparagus.

Thursday: Lasagna Rolls with Persimmon Burrata Salad.

Friday: Deep Dish Cast Iron Pizza with Kale Avocado Salad.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
