Meal Plan -- Week 22

It's Thanksgiving week! Even though this year feels a little (a lot) different, I'm still really excited to cook with my family this week. Here's what we're making! 

BREAKFAST:

Of course, smoothies for breakfast. This week we've got Blueberry Chia SmoothiesImmune Boosting Very Berry SmoothiesBright Green Smoothies, and Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes. We're also making Breakfast Casserole this weekend. 

SNACKS: 

Coconut Chia Breakfast PuddingBanana SushiBreakfast Cookies and Apple Applesauce Muffins for snacks this week. Wanted to keep it simple since there's a lot of cooking happening this week! 

LUNCH: 

All the Thanksgiving leftovers at the end of the week for lunch, of course! Plus Turkey Club Lettuce WrapsStrawberry Cream Cheese Waffle Sandwiches, and a big Veggie Filled Frittata to eat throughout the week too. 

DINNER:

Sunday: Crock Pot Black Bean Soup with Crispy Smashed Potatoes for an easy Sunday night dinner. We'll probably have leftovers of the soup too that we can eat for lunch this week. 

Monday: This delicious Butternut Squash Ravioli with Persimmon and Pomegranate Salad from One Potato

Tuesday: Turkey Tacos with all the toppings from One Potato. This meal could not be easier so we choose this one almost every week. 

Wednesday: Asian Sautéed Shrimp with a big Salad Platter. I wanted to keep it light (and easy) for Wednesday since we're going to be making so many things tomorrow!

Thursday: Thanksgiving! Here's a list of what we're making (plus more for you to choose!)

Friday: Pizza with Greek Salad from One Potato. Here's an easy pizza recipe on weelicious to make your own pizza!

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
