BREAKFAST:

Smoothies once again for breakfast. This week we’re making Immune Boosting Very Berry SmoothieVanilla Cinnamon Date ShakeChocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie and Cherry Vanilla Smoothie. For weekend brunch we’ve got a Sheet Pan Pancake that everyone will love!

SNACKS:

Snacks for the week are going to be Cookie Dough BitesPeanut Butter and Jelly Pop TartsCucumber Stackers, and Banana Cottage Cheese Honey Spread on toast.

LUNCH:

On the lunch menu this week, we’ve got Nut Free Granola with greek yogurt and fresh fruit, plus Cauliflower Crusted Grilled CheeseShakshuka and Vegetarian Spring Rolls.

DINNER:

Sunday: Stir-Fried Chicken in Lettuce Cups with a side of Brown Rice Cakes or you could do a simple steamed White Rice for the side.

Monday: Making a big pot of Chicken Tortilla Soup to fill up on before trick or treating. Plus these super cute Pizza Mummies for an edible Halloween craft.

Tuesday: Chicken Tikka Masala with Crispy Garlic Haricot Vert from One Potato Box. This is one of our favorite meals at One Potato so we’re super excited it’s available every week!
