Happy December! I hope you are all having a beautiful holiday season so far. Here’s this week’s meal plan! What are you looking forward to making?
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies are always on the breakfast menu. This week we’re making Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie, Pregnancy Smoothie, Green Breakfast Smoothie and Mango Spiced Smoothie. For weekend brunch we’re making Gingerbread Pancakes!
SNACKS:
Going to make a batch of these Holiday Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Bars and No-Bake Reindeer Bites which are both super cute and festive. Also making Banana Wheat Germ Muffins, Nut Free Granola and Protein Balls.
LUNCH:
Asian Chicken Soup to warm up from the inside out! We’re also making Vegetarian Sandwich, Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf Bites and Breakfast Quesadilla.
DINNER:
Sunday: We’re making this delicious Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and Garlic, Herb Garlic Roast Potatoes for an incredible Sunday supper.
Monday: Classic Mac and Cheese with Apple, Pear and Goat Cheese Fall Salad for a cozy meatless Monday meal.
Tuesday: Fresh Herb Pasta with Garlic Lemon Sauce topped with Lemon Herb Chicken for the meateaters. I’ll air fry some vegetables to make it a complete meal.
Wednesday: Air Fryer Salmon with Roasted Kabocha Squash and out favorite Crispy Smashed Potatoes.
Thursday: Mexican Lasagna for an easy meal towards the end of the week.
Friday: Green Machine Pizza with a farmers market salad on the side! Pizza Friday is always a win!
Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
