Meal Plan -- Week 49
Happy December! I hope you are all having a beautiful holiday season so far. Here's this week's meal plan! What are you looking forward to making?
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies are always on the breakfast menu. This week we're making Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie, Pregnancy Smoothie, Green Breakfast Smoothie and Mango Spiced Smoothie. For weekend brunch we're making Gingerbread Pancakes!

SNACKS:
Going to make a batch of these Holiday Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Bars which are super cute and festive. Also making Banana Wheat Germ Muffins, Nut Free Granola and Protein Balls.

LUNCH:
Asian Chicken Soup to warm up from the inside out! We're also making Vegetarian Sandwich, Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf Bites and Breakfast Quesadilla.

DINNER:
Sunday: Fresh Herb Pasta with Garlic Lemon Sauce and Lemon Herb Chicken for a simple Sunday supper.

Monday: Last night of Hanukkah! We're making this delicious Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin with Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and Garlic, Sweet Potato Latkes and Rugelach (again) for dessert!

Tuesday: Lentil Stew with Herbed Goat Cheese Focaccia from One Potato Box. This meal truly couldn't be easier to prep.

Wednesday: Mexican Lasagna with Black Beans, Broccoli, & Pico de Gallo from One Potato Box.

Thursday: Turkey Teriyaki Meatballs with Un-Fried Rice from One Potato Box.

Friday: Green Machine Pizza with a farmers market salad on the side! Pizza Friday is always a win!

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
