Meal Plan -- Week 9

Another week, another meal plan! Let me know what you guys think and what you've been making!

Smoothies, smoothies, smoothies! This week we're making Cherry Vanilla SmoothiesCrazy Healthy Smoothies, bright and delicious Sunshine Smoothies, and the classic Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie. We're also going to have Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding this weekend.

It's been so hot in LA, so I'm stoked to not have to turn on my oven to make No Bake Cookie Dough Balls. We're also making a batch Flourless Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins that everyone loves and some Breakfast Cookies. Plus Red Bell Pepper Hummus with veggies to dip is one of our faves so that's on the list too.

Getting back in our lunch routine! This week the plan is 2 Ingredient Toast 6 Ways, Avocado Cucumber Tomato SaladChocolate Sun Butter Pancake Sandwiches and these super cute Monogram Sandwiches.

Sunday: It really doesn't get any easier than Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin. We're pairing it with Yukon Gold Potato Fans and a big Summer Garden Salad

Monday: One of Kenya's favorites is Vegetarian Baked Taquitos with a big side of Guacamole. A classic #meatlessMonday if you ask me!

*Tuesday: Steamed Wild Striped Bass with Early Spring Asparagus from One Potato. I'll never stop talking about how easy One Potato box makes my life. Three meals a week ready to go without me having to think about it.

*Wednesday: Turkey Burgers with Baked Crispy Fries and all the sides, again from One Potato. We never get tired of Turkey Burgers.

*Thursday: We're making One Potato's Turkey Bolognese with a side Caesar Salad.

Friday: The kids love helping me make Pizza Pinwheels. Serving those with a salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette plus Dairy Free Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream for dessert.

Saturday: Support a local restaurant.

Hope this helps take some stress out of your week when it comes to cooking for your family! What are you most excited to make?
