Another week, another meal plan! Let me know what you guys think and what recipes you’ve been making lately!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies, smoothies, smoothies! This week we’re making Cherry Vanilla Smoothies, Crazy Healthy Smoothies, and the bright and delicious Sunshine Smoothies. We’re also going to have Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding this weekend.
SNACKS:
No Bake Cookie Dough Balls are always a good go-to snack that everyone loves and we’re making some Breakfast Cookies. Plus Cucumber Stackers and Red Bell Pepper Hummus with veggies to dip.
LUNCH:
This week’s lunch plan is 2 Ingredient Toast 6 Ways, the forever cute Monogram Sandwiches because the kids love them and some Strawberry SunButter Bites. Plus California Style Cauliflower Rice and Beans that we can lunch on throughout the week.
DINNER:
Sunday: It really doesn’t get any easier than Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin. We’re pairing it with Yukon Gold Potato Fans, Artichokes with Lemon Yogurt Sauce and a big Garden Salad.
Monday: One of Kenya’s favorites is Vegetarian Baked Taquitos with a big side of Guacamole. A classic #meatlessMonday if you ask me!
Tuesday: This Salmon in Parchment recipe is super simple, ready in 20 minutes and I can’t get over how much everyone in the whole family loves it!
Wednesday: Chicken Pot Pie with a big salad on the side! The weather has been super rainy here lately, so this will be a cozy, midweek pick me up!
Thursday: Coconut Baked Shrimp are super family friendly and delicious. We’re pairing them with some Perfect Brown Rice and these Bacon Wrapped Air Fried Asparagus.
Friday: Green Machine Pizza for a quick and fun pizza Friday! We’re also going to make Chocolate Banana Nice Cream for dessert!
Saturday: Support a local restaurant.
