Meal Plan -- Week 12

Week 12 meal plan! You and your family will love these recipes this week.

BREAKFAST: 

Several smoothies including Crazy Healthy Smoothie to help keep our immune system in tip top shape plus Mango Spiced Smoothies and PMS Smoothie. Then we'll make these super fun Bubble Waffles too!

SNACKS:

Cinnamon Toast Pinwheels are perfect for using those bread crusts that your kids insist on cutting off. Flourless Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins are super easy. Then we'll also have Rainbow Fruit Popsicles ready to go in the freezer and a batch of Nature Cookies

LUNCH: 

Sushi Sandwiches and 2 Ingredient Toast 6 Ways keep classic lunch sandwiches fun! Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins are little personal sized spaghetti portions so the kids love these. Plus we'll have some Baked Avocado Eggs.

DINNER: 

Sunday: Simple Broiled Salmon with Asian Style Cauliflower Rice is the best way to start off the week!

Monday: Baked Farro with Lentils, Tomato and Mozzarella with a big farmers market salad for Meatless Monday. Plus Rainbow Fruit Kabobs for a little treat.

Tuesday: Tamales with Mole Poblano from One Potato! The kids love helping make the tamales so it's a win-win for me. 

Wednesday: Chicken Yakitori with Seaweed Salad and Cucumber Sunomono also from One Potato. They make my life so easy with three meals a week straight to my door.

Thursday: Tacos with Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Slaw from One Potato. We pretty much have these tacos once a week and still are obsessed.

Friday: Crunchy Quinoa Crusted Chicken Tenders with Air Fryer Veggies and Chocolate Banana Nice Cream for dessert.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant.
