BREAKFAST:
Of course, smoothies for breakfast. This week we’ve gotย Blueberry Chia Smoothies,ย Immune Boosting Very Berry Smoothies,ย Bright Green Smoothies, andย Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes. We’re also makingย Banana Wafflesย this for a weekend treat.ย

SNACKS:
Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding,ย Banana Sushi,ย Breakfast Cookiesย andย Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowlย for snacks this week. Wanted to keep it simple this week and make a lot of recipes ahead.

LUNCH:
This week for lunch we’ve got Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps, Strawberry Cream Cheese Waffle Sandwiches, and a big Veggie Filled Frittata with seasonal produce to eat throughout the week too.

DINNER:
Sunday:ย The Best Turkey Burgersย withย Crispy Smashed Potatoesย and Green Goddess Wedge Salad for an easy Sunday night dinner.ย

Monday:ย Happy Memorial Day! We’re makingย Southern Style Pork Tenderloinย (for me and theย girls) plusย Vegan Mac & Cheese, Grilled Lemon Asparagusย and Cauliflower Steaksย for our backyard cookout! Here are 43 Moreย Recipes for Memorial Day you can choose from!

Tuesday: Summer Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner for a simple weeknight dinner (and even more simple clean up!).

Wednesday:ย Asian Sautรฉed Shrimpย with a bigย Salad Platterย andย Perfect Brown Rice. This recipe has been making a lot of appearances lately because everyone LOVES it.ย

Thursday: Chicken Meatballs with Mini Wheel Pasta and a big Summer Garden Salad on the side.

Friday: Pizza Night! This week we’re doing Deep Dish Cast Iron Pizza! It’s so much fun for everyone to choose which toppings they want on their pizza.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
