Meal Plan -- Week 35

Can't believe we're wrapping up August! I'm sure lots of you are in the swing of being back at school. Here's what recipes we're making this week! What are you looking forward to cooking this week? 

BREAKFAST:

For our smoothies this week we're making Chocolate Peanut Butter SmoothieVanilla Avocado Greens SmoothieTropical Lassi and Mango Spiced Smoothie. For weekend brunch we're making Crepes!

SNACKS:

Snacks this week are these super cute Apple Donuts along with Chocolate Oat MuffinsHummus Pinwheels and Air Fryer Crispy Chickpeas.

LUNCH:

For lunch this week we're making Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps, Vegetarian Sandwich on a StickEgg Salad and Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins.

DINNER:

Sunday: Super simple Lemon Herb Chicken for Sunday supper on top of a bed of Lemon Spaghetti with Toasted Walnuts. We're also make a side of Air Fryer Veggies too!

Monday: For meatless Monday we're making Shiitake Veggie Stir Fry with some Sweet Gingery Tofu for some added protein. 

Tuesday: Baked Crispy Chicken Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries and Roast Broccoli from One Potato Box! These chicken nuggets are the best!

Wednesday: DIY Turkey Taco Bowls from One Potato Box are an easy recipe and everyone gets the build their own bowl which we all love!

Thursday: Bucatini Marinara with Herb Whipped Ricotta and Country Salad from One Potato Box. Nothing hits the spot quite like a simple pasta with marinara sauce. 

Friday: Pizza Friday! This Sheet Pan Pizza with No-Yeast Crust is super easy to whip up! We're having that with a decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake for a fun weekend dessert.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
