Meal Plan -- Week 51

Christmas week! We've got lots of cooking coming up and I'm sure lots of last minute shopping. Hopefully a meal plan will take some of the pressure off of you. Here's what we're making! Happy holidays!

BREAKFAST:

Smoothies are going to be Green Breakfast SmoothieCotton Candy SmoothieBlueberry Chia Smoothie and Crazy Healthy Smoothie. For Christmas brunch this weekend I'm making a big Christmas Morning Breakfast Strata.

SNACKS:

Making some Fruitcake BarsPumpkin Spice Mixed Nuts and SeedsBerry Delicious Oatmeal and Chocolate Orange Snaps to snack on this week. 

LUNCH:

Going full on Christmas this week for lunch and making Reindeer SandwichesChristmas Bagel Wreaths with Santa Hats and also Cheese Grits.

DINNER:

Sunday: Simple Lemon Shrimp Pasta for Sunday supper. Plus a big farmers market salad and any leftovers from last week's farmers market haul.

Monday: Miso Udon Noodle Soup with Carrot Ginger Vinaigrette Salad from One Potato Box for a meatless Monday meal. 

Tuesday: Taco bowl Tuesday with these One Potato Box Turkey Taco Bowls. The ultimate DIY meal!

Wednesday: Crispy Chicken Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries and Roast Broccoli from One Potato Box. Crispy and delicious!

Thursday: We typically order in from a local restaurant on Saturdays, but moving it to Thursday this week for Christmas.

Friday: Simple Christmas Eve dinner is going to be Turkey Veggie Chili with Basic Cornbread and making Sugar Cookie Trees for dessert!

Saturday: Going all out for Christmas dinner with Pineapple Brown Sugar Glazed HamClassic Macaroni and CheeseMascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean and Bacon Saute and the easiest dessert you'll ever make -- Icebox Log Cake. There are tons of Christmas recipes at this link for you to choose from too!
