A week until Christmas! We’ve got lots of cooking coming up and I’m sure lots of last minute shopping too. Hopefully a meal plan will take some of the pressure off of you. Here’s what we’re making! Happy holidays!

BREAKFAST:

Smoothies are going to be Green Breakfast SmoothieCotton Candy SmoothieBlueberry Chia Smoothie and Crazy Healthy Smoothie. For Christmas brunch I’m making a big Christmas Morning Breakfast Strata.

LUNCH:

Going full on Christmas this week for lunch and making Reindeer SandwichesChristmas Bagel Wreaths with Santa Hats and also Cheese Grits.

Sunday: Simple Lemon Shrimp Pasta for Sunday supper. Plus a big farmers market salad and any leftovers from last week’s farmers market haul.

Friday: We typically order in from a local restaurant on Saturdays, but moving it to Friday this week to make Christmas Eve dinner on Saturday.

Saturday: Simple Christmas Eve dinner is going to be Turkey Veggie Chili with Basic Cornbread and making Sugar Cookie Trees for dessert!

Sunday: Going ahead and adding our Christmas recipes to this week’s meal plan so you can get ahead! We’re going all out for Christmas dinner with Pineapple Brown Sugar Glazed HamClassic Macaroni and CheeseMascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean and Bacon Saute and the easiest dessert you’ll ever make — Icebox Log Cake. There are tons of Christmas recipes at this link for you to choose from too!
