A week until Christmas! We’ve got lots of cooking coming up and I’m sure lots of last minute shopping too. Hopefully a meal plan will take some of the pressure off of you. Here’s what we’re making! Happy holidays!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies are going to be Green Breakfast Smoothie, Cotton Candy Smoothie, Blueberry Chia Smoothie and Crazy Healthy Smoothie. For Christmas brunch I’m making a big Christmas Morning Breakfast Strata.

SNACKS:
Making some Fruitcake Bars, Pumpkin Spice Mixed Nuts and Seeds, Berry Delicious Oatmeal and Chocolate Orange Snaps to snack on this week.

LUNCH:
Going full on Christmas this week for lunch and making Reindeer Sandwiches, Christmas Bagel Wreaths with Santa Hats and also Cheese Grits.

DINNER:
Sunday: Simple Lemon Shrimp Pasta for Sunday supper. Plus a big farmers market salad and any leftovers from last week’s farmers market haul.

Monday: Pealafel with Hummus and Greek Salad from One Potato Box for a meatless Monday meal.

Tuesday: Crispy Chicken Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries and Roast Broccoli from One Potato Box. Crispy and delicious!

Wednesday: Salmon Teriyaki with Soba Noodles and Edamame from One Potato Box. We LOVE One Potato’s salmon. It’s so fresh!

Thursday: Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers with super crispy Air Fryer French Fries. These burgers are the best!

Friday: We typically order in from a local restaurant on Saturdays, but moving it to Friday this week to make Christmas Eve dinner on Saturday.
Saturday: Simple Christmas Eve dinner is going to be Turkey Veggie Chili with Basic Cornbread and making Sugar Cookie Trees for dessert!


Sunday: Going ahead and adding our Christmas recipes to this week’s meal plan so you can get ahead! We’re going all out for Christmas dinner with Pineapple Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, Classic Macaroni and Cheese, Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean and Bacon Saute and the easiest dessert you’ll ever make — Icebox Log Cake.
