Hope you’re all having a beautiful December! We sure are. Here’s what we’re making this week!
BREAKFAST:
Smoothies this week are going to be Tropical Smoothie, Berry Green Smoothie, Immune Boosting Very Berry Smoothie and Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie. For brunch this weekend we’re making Sweet Potato Pancakes.

SNACKS:
Making a big Fresh Gingerbread Bundt Cake the snack on throughout the week. The whole family loves this recipe. We’re also making Carrot Pineapple Muffins, Rainbow Roll Up Sandwiches and Carrot Snack Sticks.

LUNCH:
Lunch this week is Rainbow Waffles, Two Tone Sandwich with Christmas shaped cut outs, Spiced Carrot Cauliflower Soup and Chia Seed Pudding.

DINNER:
Sunday: Lightened Up Spaghetti Carbonara with Winter Farmers Market Salad for a simple Sunday night meal.

Monday: Mapo Tofu with Perfect Brown Rice and some Air Fryer Veggies. The whole family loves this meal so much and it’s perfect for meatless Monday!

Tuesday: Lazy BBQ Chicken with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. This chicken truly couldn’t be easier to prepare.

Wednesday: Orange Chicken with Perfect Brown Rice. Who knew making orange chicken at home could be this easy!

Thursday: Herb Brined Pork Chops with Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Crispy Smashed Potatoes.

Friday: Classic Turkey Burger with all the toppings and crispy Fries for a fun Friday meal.

Saturday: Order in from local restaurant!
