I’m on a trip with my Dad at the moment, but wanted to make sure you all still had a meal plan for the week! These are some of my favorites.
Breakfast
This week for smoothies makeย Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes,ย Cotton Candy Smoothies (which have a healthyย secret ingredient),ย this classicย Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies andย Golden Milkย to keep immune systems boosted! Then,ย Breakfast Rice Cakesย for a weekend brunch.

Snacks
I’m always tryingย to keep snacks as healthy and energizingย as possible. This week,ย Cucumber Stackers,ย Nature Cookies,ย Roasted Carrot Hummusย and Strawberry Fruit Leather.ย

Lunch
Keep it simple for lunch and makeย Super Healthy Granolaย paired with Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit. Then super cuteย Animal Face Toast. Plusย Grilled Pizza Roll Upsย andย Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheeses.

Dinner
Sunday: Theseย Middle Eastern Chicken Burgersย are beyond delicious and a great alternative to beef burgers if you’re trying to cut down on red meat. Pair them withย Air Fryer French Fries of course!

Monday:ย Spinach Ricotta Bites with Air Fryer Veggies for a simple and delicious meatless Monday meal.

Tuesday: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo! These Mexican Enchiladas (or these Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchiladas if you’re vegetarian) with Mexican Fried Rice and Pressure Cooker Black Beans is perfection. Snack on fresh guacamole and salsa, then for dessert this delicious Skillet Mexican Brownie!

Wednesday: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry served with Brown Rice. Super easy to make and kids love this one!

Thursday: Moroccan Chicken with couscous! This recipe is super fragrant and fills up the entire kitchen!

Friday: We make some sort of pizza dish almost every Friday so, this week, I think aย Quilt Pizzaย with a bigย Summer Garden Salad withย Citrus Herb Vinaigretteย dressing sounds amazing.ย Plus these decadent Dark Chocolate Cupcakes.

Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant!
