I’m on a trip with my Dad at the moment, but wanted to make sure you all still had a meal plan for the week! These are some of my favorites.
Breakfast
This week for smoothies make Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shakes, Cotton Candy Smoothies (which have a healthy secret ingredient), this classic Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies and Golden Milk to keep immune systems boosted! Then, Breakfast Rice Cakes for a weekend brunch.

Snacks
I’m always trying to keep snacks as healthy and energizing as possible. This week, Cucumber Stackers, Nature Cookies, Roasted Carrot Hummus and Strawberry Fruit Leather.

Lunch
Keep it simple for lunch and make Super Healthy Granola paired with Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit. Then super cute Animal Face Toast. Plus Grilled Pizza Roll Ups and Cauliflower Crusted Grilled Cheeses.

Dinner
Sunday: These Middle Eastern Chicken Burgers are beyond delicious and a great alternative to beef burgers if you’re trying to cut down on red meat. Pair them with Air Fryer French Fries of course!

Monday: Spinach Ricotta Bites with Air Fryer Veggies for a simple and delicious meatless Monday meal.

Tuesday: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo! These Mexican Enchiladas (or these Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchiladas if you’re vegetarian) with Mexican Fried Rice and Pressure Cooker Black Beans is perfection. Snack on fresh guacamole and salsa, then for dessert this delicious Skillet Mexican Brownie!

Wednesday: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry served with Brown Rice. Super easy to make and kids love this one!

Thursday: Moroccan Chicken with couscous! This recipe is super fragrant and fills up the entire kitchen!

Friday: We make some sort of pizza dish almost every Friday so, this week, I think a Quilt Pizza with a big Summer Garden Salad with Citrus Herb Vinaigrette dressing sounds amazing. Plus these decadent Dark Chocolate Cupcakes.

Saturday: Order in from a local restaurant!
