Meal Plan -- Week 3

Another Meal Plan coming up! This week has some of my favorite entrees (hello Spiced Chicken on Sunday!). Check out what else we're making this week below!

BREAKFAST: 

Smoothies (as usual!) for breakfast. This week we have ingredients for the Crazy Healthy Smoothie, Melon Cooler, Bright Blue and Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie. Excited to use some of the summer's freshest fruits for these. 

SNACKS: 

We can't let anyone get hangry so we plan out what snacks we're making for the week too. On deck this week we've got Red Beet + White Bean HummusBrown Rice Crispy Treats and Good Morning Protein Cookies, which are super healthy for you but feel like such a treat!

LUNCH: 

Lots of bright and colorful lunch recipes this week! The kids love these Strawberry SunButter Bites and veggie packed, savory Rainbow Waffles. We're also making quick and easy Open Face Egg and Pickle Sandwiches and Grilled Cheese and Pickle Paninis

DINNER: 

Lots of fun dinner recipes this week! Keep scrolling to see them all. 

Sunday: Spiced Chicken with Lemons and Olives is one of the most flavorful chicken recipes you'll find. We're pairing it with a simple Heirloom Tomato Salad and Air Fryer Mushrooms. For dessert, these addictive Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites!

Monday: Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto and Baked Zucchini Coins from One Potato. Gnocchi at home has never been easier than with One Potato! 

Tuesday: Another One Potato meal! The whole family loves this Thai Herb Marinated Chicken with Veggie Spring Rolls and Early Summer Vegetables dinner. 

Wednesday: By the middle of the week I want something super easy to not only make but also clean up. Summer Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner couldn't be easier and we're pairing it with Brown Rice Cakes

Thursday: Turkey Burgers and Air Frier French Fries from One Potato! We make this meal almost every week and still LOVE it.

Friday: Green Machine Pizza and Paper Bag Popcorn for family movie night! What should we watch?

Saturday: Support a local restaurant and take a break from cooking!
