BREAKFAST: 

Smoothies (as usual!) for breakfast. This week we have ingredients for the Crazy Healthy Smoothie, Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie and this NEW Brain Boosting Smoothie I’ve been making recently. For weekend brunch: Sweet Potato Pancakes!

SNACKS: 

We can’t let anyone get hangry so we plan out what snacks we’re making for the week too. On deck this week we’ve got Red Beet + White Bean HummusBrown Rice Crispy TreatsGood Morning Protein Cookies and Chocolate Oat Muffins which are super healthy for you but feel like such a treat!

LUNCH: 

Lots of bright and colorful lunch recipes this week! The kids love these Strawberry SunButter Bites and veggie packed, savory Rainbow Waffles. We’re also making quick and easy Open Face Egg and Pickle Sandwiches and Grilled Cheese and Pickle Paninis.

DINNER: 

Sunday: Spiced Chicken with Lemons and Olives is one of the most flavorful chicken recipes you’ll find. We’re pairing it with a simple Brown Rice Pilaf and Air Fryer Mushrooms. For dessert, these addictive Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites!

Monday: Spaghetti Squash Marinara for meatless Monday! We’re pairing it with a homemade Chopped Salad

Tuesday: Crunchy Quinoa Crusted Chicken Tenders with Bacon Wrapped Air Fried Asparagus and Crispy Smashed Potatoes.

Wednesday: Crock Pot Meaty Pasta Sauce with a Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread.

Thursday: Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchiladas with a side of Guacamole and sour cream for topping! We love this recipe so much.

Friday: Chicken Tortilla Soup with Tiny Corn Muffins to warm us up from the inside out.
