New week, new meal plan! Valentine’s Day is this week and I’ve got all the recipes to make it special. Plus, meals for the rest of the week too! Check it out!
BREAKFAST:
Crazy Healthy Smoothie is always a great idea to keep out immune systems in tip top shape. Plus these pink Cotton Candy Smoothie and Cherry Vanilla Smoothies for Valentine’s Day! We’ve also got Strawberries and Cream Baked Oatmeal on deck for breakfast.
SNACKS:
Protein Balls and Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding for a protein fueled snack. Plus we’re making these adorable heart shaped Dried Cherry Scones, Red Beet and White Bean Hummus and Valentine’s Day Puppy Chow for snacking!
LUNCH:
Super easy Mexican Egg & Cheese Quesadillas are up for lunch this week. We always get tons of avocados from the farmers market each week so we’re going to use them to make Baked Avocado Eggs and Avocado Toast too. And then the always adorable Waffle Heart Sandwiches for Valentine’s Day!
DINNER:
Sunday: Cheesy Meatballs over pasta to watch the Super Bowl! We’re also making some Air Fryer Veggies to round out the meal. I made a roundup of tons of my favorite game day recipes too if you’re hosting a big watch party!
Monday: These Skirt Steak Fajitas are the bomb! We’re pairing these fajitas with Pressure Cooker Pinto Beans and Guacamole. A perfect combo.
Tuesday: Sweet Gingery Tofu with Grilled Lemon Asparagus and Herb Garlic Roast Potatoes.
Wednesday: Happy Valentine’s Day! We’re making Maple Soy Salmon with Cast Iron Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and Garlic and Crispy Smashed Potatoes. Plus Chocolate Banana Nice Cream and The Cutest Pink Cupcakes for Valentine’s dessert!
Thursday: Crispy Chicken Nuggets with Sweet Potatoes Fries and Broccoli. These chicken nuggets are just as good if not better than their fast food counterparts!
Friday: Turkey Burger and Fries for a Friday burger night. We can’t get enough of this turkey burger with all the toppings!
Saturday: Supporting a local restaurant!
