Meal Plan -- Week 7

We're getting back in the swing of things at our house and a menu plan always keeps us on track. Here's our family's meal plan this week!

BREAKFAST:

More smoothies per usual! This week we're making Tropical LassisVanilla Avocado Greens SmoothiesStrawberry Pink Milk, and Pregnancy Smoothie. We also will use extra bananas to make Banana Split Breakfast this weekend and these protein-packed Cottage Cheese Pancakes!

SNACKS:

Snacks are what keeps us going throughout the day, so we're making No Bake Cookie Dough Balls and I have these Healthy Snacks on hand! Frozen Yogurt Pops are going to keep us cool during these hot summer days and then Blackberry Tea Cake because yum!

LUNCH:

Waffle Heart Sandwiches and Vegetarian Sandwiches for lunch are always a must. Plus we're making Summer Pasta Salad and Banana Dog Bites!

DINNER:

Sunday: Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins are super cute and fun to eat! We're pairing these with some Air Fryer Veggies to round out the meal.

Monday: It's meatless Monday so we're making Pasta with Hemp Seed Pesto (a great option for those of you with nut allergies!). We've also got Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Sauté on the side and Peach Crumble for dessert!

Tuesday: These Skirt Steak Fajitas are the bomb! We're pairing these fajitas with Pressure Cooker Pinto Beans and Guacamole. A perfect combo.

Wednesday: Lazy BBQ Chicken is exactly what I want to make in the middle of the week because it's SUPER easy and all I want is something that takes little to no effort. Po-Tacos, steamed corn and farmers market salad on the side and everyone's happy!

Thursday: Mango Shrimp Ceviche is so refreshing and light. We love it. The kid's have been begging me to make Tomato Bruschetta (it's another family favorite) and it goes really well with the Ceviche so that's on Thursday too! Then we'll have some Summer Fruit Salad for dessert.

Friday: Pizza Friday! This week we're going with Green Machine Pizza and then some Watermelon and Strawberry Popsicles for dessert.

Saturday: Supporting a local restaurant!

What are you making this week?
