Meal Plan -- Week 6

New week, new meal plan! Valentine's Day is next Sunday so I'm going ahead and including V-day recipes on this week's meal plan so you can be ready :)

BREAKFAST: 

Crazy Healthy Smoothie is always a great idea to keep out immune systems in tip top shape. Plus these pink Cotton Candy Smoothie and Cherry Vanilla Smoothies for Valentine's Day! We've also got the PMS Smoothie and Waffle French Toast on deck for breakfast. 

SNACKS:

Protein Balls and Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding for a protein fueled snack. Plus we're makin these adorable heart shaped Dried Cherry Scones and Red Beet and White Bean Hummus for Valentine's Day!

LUNCH:

Super easy Mexican Egg & Cheese Quesadillas are up for lunch this week. We always get tons of avocados from the farmers market each week so we're going to use them to make Baked Avocado Eggs and Avocado Toast too. And then the always adorable Waffle Heart Sandwiches for Valentine's Day!

DINNER: 

Sunday: The Big Game calls for Four Bean Chili with Basic Cornbread! Who are you rooting for?

Monday: Shroom Burgers for Meatless Monday with Sweet Potato Fries

Tuesday: Chicken Lettuce Cups with Scallion Pancakes from One Potato. This is one of our all time favorite One Potato recipes!

Wednesday: DIY Steak Salad/Sandwich from One Potato! Chloe can't wait for this meal this week!

Thursday: Chicken Pesto Pasta with a big Winter Farmers Market Salad on the side. This recipe is the easiest pasta recipe you could ever make!

Friday: It's pizza Friday is our house so we've got Pizza with Greek Salad from One Potato planned. 

Saturday: Support a local restaurant.
